SkillsXP software package

SkillsXP is a software-based solution for managing personnel information, training & competencies. It can store a wide range of information: employee data, skills, experience, assessments, training needs and other relevant information. SkillsXP helps organizations:

• Store personnel and competency information in a central location, and use the information from any location worldwide;
• Plan & budget training classes;
• Perform employee-assessments;
• Perform 'management of change', for instance:
  • In case of changes among personnel (retirement, promotions etc.);
  • In case of changes in organizational goals.

SkillsXP has a solid track record. Just one example, it is used to store competency information of more than 80% of North Sea offshore personnel, an environment in which competency can mean the difference between life and death.

Link to other (HRM) systems

SkillsXP can be linked to most used HRM- or payroll systems.

Import / export of data

Reports or lists of data can be exported to .txt, .doc or .xls format. SkillsXP was built on an SQL database, which means that data can be imported through common files like .csv or .xls.

Languages

SkillsXP can be supplied in an English, Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese version. Other languages can be provided upon request!
